Project scope included renovating an existing office space on the 2nd Floor of the Facilities Development & Operations building.

Tenant buildout of existing space. New construction of a new Bar/Lounge inclusive of post tension X-Ray, Plumbing, Electrical and FF&E package, millwork and refrigeration.

Tenant improvement of new retail restaurant. Project specifics included demolition of existing store, new flooring, new partitions, new restaurant equipment, brick veneer, HVAC and electrical improvements.

Starbucks main terminal location with sitting lounge. Project specifics included new architectural features, electrical, painting, signage and flooring.
